Well this is the last of the series! Part five looks at how to use the cotter pin joints. They are not too hard to do and there are a few different methods, this is mine. Watch this video for an in-depth look at how to do it…

This image shows the order of which the cotter pin joint goes
Position the cotter pin insde the limb and poke through the mohair, then poke through the body in correct place. You can then add the rest of the joint on the inside of the body and using pliers tighten the pin like so.
After you have attached all the joints all you need to do is stuff the remaining limbs and body and sew up the open areas and voila! you have a bear!
